The Ageing Well Hong Kong 2026 conference offers an excellent opportunity to promote your company and enhance your reputation among the actuarial, finance and health professions, and leaders. Exploring the Future of Insurance and Beyond: Innovation, International Hubs and Hong Kong
Since 1981, the AAC has been one of the largest events for the insurance industry in Asia, aimed to enhance professionalism of actuaries and to promote beneficial interaction of actuaries working in various member countries.
In 2024, Hong Kong hosted the AAC for over 1000 participants from 32 regions – which included more than 100 presenters and panellists, and over 40 sponsors and supporting organizations.
Opportunities and Risks for Asian Actuaries
The Joint Regional Seminar s an annual Life and Health Insurance event co-organised by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and Actuaries Institute Australia with the support of the local actuarial societies in the region. It is designed to assist actuaries and other professionals to acquire insights into the APAC markets and support their continuous professional development requirements. The 2024 JRS will consist of the Regional Webinar and the in-person Hong Kong Seminar.
Following the success of the previous IFRS Seminars, the 2023 ASHK IFRS 17 Conference, one of ASHK’s flagship events, will be held as a full day event this year. IFRS 17 has been implemented, and this year’s conference will focus on the practical aspects of the standard under the theme of “IFRS 17 – Step into Day 2”.
